Getting Started with KHETqr

KHETqr is a platform for managing and generating anti-counterfeit QR code labels.

Registration & Login

1. Register a New Account

Step 1 Go to the Registration page.
Step 2 Fill in all required information: Full Name, Email, Phone Number, Company Name, Company Size, Password.
Step 3 Verify your email address via the confirmation link sent to your inbox.
Step 4 Log in to the system after email verification is completed.

2. Login

Step 1 Go to the Login page.
Step 2 Enter your Email and Password.
Step 3 Click the "Login" button to access the system.

Note: If you forget your password, you can use the Forgot Password feature to reset it.

Business Verification

Enter your business information:

Brand name (logo/brand name, e.g. Apple, Samsung, Toyota...)
Company logo
International company name
Domestic company name
Business registration number
Website (verified via email, domain name, or phone number listed on the website)
Phone number (verified via the official website or product packaging)

(Additional verification: company stamp/seal)

Why is verification required?
If we do not verify businesses, counterfeiters could misuse the system to create anti-counterfeit QR codes for fake products (which would defeat the purpose of an anti-counterfeit company).

Add Product

A product is the basic unit in the system.

(We will use AI to verify whether this product is manufactured by your company.)

Add New Product

Step 1 Go to the "Products" menu in your organization
Step 2 Click "Add New Product"
Step 3 Enter the information: Product name, Description, Images
Step 4 Click "Save" to create the product

Create and Manage QR Codes

Step 1 Go to the Products section
Step 2 Click the Create QR Code button
Step 3 Enter the number of QR codes
Step 4 Click "Create"
Step 5 Click QR code creation history
Step 6 Download the QR code TXT file to your computer (then copy it into an Excel file)
Step 7 Go to the Download anti-counterfeit label templates section (or design your own template)
Step 8
Open BarTender
If you have not installed BarTender, visit: portal.seagullscientific.com/downloads/bartender (This is a printing software)
Step 9 Import the downloaded anti-counterfeit label template into BarTender
Step 10 Link the QR code data from the Excel file and modify company name, phone number, etc. in the template
Step 11 Print the QR code labels and attach them to the products
